When we purchased a CMM we were able to keep our customers happy by providing the appropriate documentation upon request. The parts were still the same great quality as always, but the paperwork was improved and backed by the precision of the CMM and software involved. Many times our customers have told us that our reports are cleaner and easier to read then many of their other suppliers. In CNC Manufacturing there are always concerns about whether or not the parts will meet the print. Especially when using 5 axis machines or 6 axis machines to accomplish what many companies cannot do!
