We get asked a lot to machine gears for people. We do both internal and external gears, as shown in this photo. We make the parts in house and have the gears cut by one of trusted vendors. We are currently cutting some gears in house using polygonal turning options on our CNC machinery. We have also cut teeth using our Wire EDM. This is a science that must be handled delicately in order to ensure accuracy. We also get involved with highly accurate spline grinding of both standard and helical gears for our customer. Read more
